August 14th Tuesday – Join us for not just another great night, it'll be for a great cause too! We're throwing a charity dinner for Shine, who provide specialist support to those affected with Spina bifida and/ or hydrocephalus. Serving a 3 course menu for £25, we'll be donating £5 for every ticket sold. There'll be plenty of opportunity to raise some money and whilst we're at it, have a lot of fun too….

A beautiful 13th century pub in the heart of the original Milton Keynes village, The Swan sadly suffered a fire in December 2011. As a result of herculean efforts from a special team of people (too many to mention), it re-opened in time for Christmas Eve carols.

The restaurant area along with the new extension was mostly untouched and continues to operate as normal serving a full menu at lunch and dinner. The bar has been rebuilt and whilst it may lack some of the historical charm of the original space, it continues to buzz with the conviviality of a mixture of locals and our visiting customers.

We hope to start full renovation work shortly but in the meantime, we continue to operate pretty close to normal so please do come down and see for yourselves – remember you can book online.

With the new extension fully operational we now have wonderful facilities for private dining, parties and meetings – just ask Tyrone, Matt or Emma for help.

Monday 25th June : Burger Me Sideways

The Swan Inn is once again proud to present another comedy night extravaganza:

Burger Me Sideways : We have two top circuit stand-up comedians & a burger all for £15.00.

Go on ...Relish the experience!

This time we have Tony Vino. Tony is the only half Spanish half Scottish hybrid working comic in the world. Born in Malaga he was subsequently raised in the Costa Del Preston, Lancashire. When he was only a toddler his Father looked around saw the sea, the sand and the sunshine of the Andalucian coast and thought "we need to be nearer Wigan Pier".

Wes Zaharuk - Zany Yank Wes Zaharuk credits his comic roots to his parents. They made 'not listening' an Olympic event. As a child, his parents dressed him in wool pants that were incredibly itchy. Complain as he would, his words fell on deaf ears. When he developed a skin condition that looked like a large, all-dressed pizza, he was tested for allergies. It was found that he was allergic to wool. Through it all, Wes developed his desire to be heard — if only to reduce rash.

Tickets are now on sale, call, email or pop in to reserve your space
